"Cute design, but kinda cheap-looking"
I thought this was going to be way nicer based on the photos, but in person it has some cheap little knockoff vibes. The design is cute, sure, but the fabric is thinner than I expected and one of the seams looked like it was stitched by a sleepy goblin. It’s not total trash, but for the price, I definitely expected better.

"Arrived later than I expected"
I was expecting this to show up within the promised delivery window, so it was frustrating when it took much longer to arrive. The wait ended up being the main thing that stood out to me.

"Good prices, but be ready to wait a little"
The prices are good and my order showed up in good shape. The quality was actually better than I expected for what I paid. Just a heads up though, shipping took longer than I was hoping, so don’t order if you need something super fast. I’d probably buy again, but I’d plan ahead next time.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I really wanted this to work, but the sizing was way off for me. It ran super tiny, and once I tried it on, this is where it got annoying: the fit was just awkward in all the wrong places. Definitely not what I expected

"Ordering was decent, but checkout dragged a bit"
The site was easy to figure out at first, which I appreciated. I was feeling good about it, then the checkout started moving a little slow and I got mildly annoyed. Thankfully, I was still able to get my order placed in the end, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just wish that last part had been a bit smoother

"Still waiting on my refund"
I returned the item and was told my refund would be processed soon, but that’s basically all I keep getting—vague promises and no actual money back. It’s been frustrating checking over and over with nothing changing.

"Really helpful customer service"
Had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to them. They got back to me quickly and were really friendly about it. No hassle, no back and forth forever — they just sorted it out and made the whole thing easy. I’d definitely order from them again
